Pot Roast with Vegetables

Since I don't have a lot of free time at the moment I'm trying my best to make use of the Crockpot! Recently I made a beef pot roast with baby carrots, diced potatoes, and diced tomatoes seasoned with garlic, basil and oregano. Yum! It would have been even better if I would have added a little bit of beef broth.
