Breakfast Wrap


Though I would consider myself to be a morning person, I haven't always been a fan of breakfast foods. And it seems if we make breakfast it is usually a "breakfast for dinner" meal where we have substantial choices. We usually have a traditional Southern breakfast (biscuits, eggs, bacon, home fries and juice) when we decide to do breakfast at home. This time I changed things up a bit and rolled up scrambled eggs, sliced turkey breast, shredded cheddar and mild salsa in a flour tortilla. It was a nice change of pace.
