Cream Cheese Chicken in the Crockpot


I really love using my Crockpot during the hot months of the year! Unfortunately, I didn't love this recipe. It was just OK. If I make this again I will add more cream cheese and maybe a different type of seasoning blend.
  1. Spray crockpot with PAM.
  2. Add in 1 bag of frozen diced onions, red peppers and green peppers.
  3. Place 3 chicken breasts on top of the veggies.
  4. Pour in 1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
  5. Add 4 ounces of cream cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  7. Set on low for 8 hours.
  8. Stir well and serve over pasta (I used tri-color vegetable pasta).
