
I really love using my Crockpot during the hot months of the year! Unfortunately, I didn't love this recipe. It was just OK. If I make this again I will add more cream cheese and maybe a different type of seasoning blend.
- Spray crockpot with PAM.
- Add in 1 bag of frozen diced onions, red peppers and green peppers.
- Place 3 chicken breasts on top of the veggies.
- Pour in 1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
- Add 4 ounces of cream cheese.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Set on low for 8 hours.
- Stir well and serve over pasta (I used tri-color vegetable pasta).
