Tuna Salad


The perfect meal for a warm, almost-Summer evening!

Tuna Salad

2 cans of tuna, water drained
1 heaping tablespoon of mayo
teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
pepper
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 dill pickle, diced
shredded lettuce
diced tomato
shredded sharp cheddar cheese for garnish

Combine tuna, mayo, seasonings, egg and pickle in a large bowl. Layer lettuce and tomato onto serving dish and spoon tuna salad mixture in the center. Top with cheese.
